President Justin Gaskin called the meeting to order at 6 P.M.at the Town Hall. Members present were: Chad White, Jim Rexford, Carla Goff, Richard Costello, Mary Lou Petersen, Linda Keller-Decoteau, Susie Millard, Allison White, Cathy Kizzire, Denise Karren, Robert Jespersen, and Bev Rexford.

The Secretary and Treasurer’s reports were approved. Bills were read as follows: Linda for updating the Website, 25.00, Moorcroft Leader for business of the month ad, $18.00, U.S.Post Office for Chamber Box Renewal for one year $24.00, and one year renewal for bulk mail at $185.00. We also approved $50.00 Donation to Devil’s Tower Natural History Association for Old Settlers’ Picnic. The scholarship committee reported that they will be reviewing participants to pick winner of the scholarship. Cutoff day for this is April 15th, and it will be presented at the awards night at High School. Linda gave report on website, and it was approved for her to renew the website for 5 years at a cost of $163.39. Susie gave us a report about the Jubilee Committee. The theme will be: A Wild West Heaven in 2011. Susie and Linda are getting a raffle to raise money before and during Jubilee. She will have these in the near future. Citizen and Business of the Year Committee gave report that the Chamber Members will be choosing the Business of the Year this year,. Citizen of the Year will still be chosen from the public. Under Old Business, the Easter Egg Hunt will be held April 23rd, and the FCCLA will be handling this. We will have Kathy Werkle, Justin, and Chad there to assist them. We gave the FCCLA $200.00 to help get them going with this project.

New Business: Justin will draft a letter to the Council about the charge for using the room at Town Hall for our meetings. He will also draft a letter to the Fire Department about our using a room at the new Fire Hall. Susie will bring food for next meeting May 11th.
