President Carla Goff called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Members present were: Bill and Iris Hughes, Richard Castello, Troy Petersen, Justin Gaskin, Carla Goff, Susan Millard, Monica Workman, Jim and Bev Rexford, Chad White, Robert Jespersen, Linda Keller-Decoteau, Stephanie Noyes, Danna Blakeman, and Mary Lou Petersen. Bev Rexford motioned to approve the minutes as sent via e-mail, Chad White 2nd, all ayes motion carried. Treasurer report: Regular Account-$ 4498.22, Savings- $ 1104.49, Christmas Buck - $ 87.00, Christmas Basket CD - $ 2545.71. Bills to be paid are Moorcroft Leader 99.00, Linda Keller- Decoteau -$ 94.95 Robert Jespersen motioned to approve the bill list, Jim Rexford 2nd all ayes motion carried. There needs to be a transfer to the Moorcroft Buck’s account to cover for jubilee.

Correspondents for this month: Thank you form Linda Tok for the $50.00 donation, There was a letter requesting information on the town that was a repeat from last year. Justin Gaskin gave the public relations update. Chad White gave the membership updates. Linda Keller-Decoteau gave the website updates and changes that were made and ones that will be made for next month. Business of the Month was Quality Agg & Construction. Slym Gym and Dr. McIntosh need to still have a ribbon cutting soon. Susan Millard went over all the last minute detail for jubilee. Citizen of the Year met will have a box at the fire hall during the lunch on Saturday and then around town following jubilee to start getting nominations for Citizen of the Year and Business of the Year. The committee will meet again after jubilee to start looking at dates and places to hold event. This year’s candidate winner in both categories will not be reviled until the banquet.

Old Business: Justin Gaskin gave an update on the opening of the new information center. Crook County will have there special day on Aug. 4th from 8am-4pm, there will be food, entertainment and different tables set up for all those that will be representing Crook County. If any one is interested in helping please feel free to come that day.

New Business: There was none at this time. Susan Millard will bring the meal for the August 11th meeting at 5:30 for social time with the meeting to begin at 6:00. With no further business to discuss meeting was adjourned at 7:20 pm.
