President Justin Gaskin called the meeting to order at 6:00 P. M. Members present were: Justin Gaskin, Susan Millard, Carla Goff, Robert Jespersen, Dana Blakeman, Bev Rexford, Jim Rexford, Jim Diehl. Guests were Stephanie Noyes and Sharon Campbell.

There was open discussion about the Jubilee. Stephanie Noyes and Sharon Campbell gave an update of the activities that will be taking place. Friday night will be Family Fun Night with activities on and along the street from Converse St. to the Clinic, as the street will be blocked off to traffic from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P. M. Saturday, will be the parade at 10 A. M., the Barbecue at the Fire Hall, The Ranch Rodeo at the rest area, and much more. Sunday will be the Mud Bog. Secretary and Treasurer’s reports were approved. Carla Goff made motion, Dana Blakeman seconded to pay the outstanding bills. Bev Rexford will bring food for next meeting, July 13,2011, at 5:30 P.M. at Town Hall.There being no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:00 P. M.
