November 10th, 2010

President Carla Goff called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Members present were: Carla Goff, Bev and Jim Rexford, Stacy Avery, Justin Gaskin, Linda Keller-Decoteau, Robert Jespersen, Kathy Werkle, Stephanie Noyes and Elaine Buckmiller. Bev Rexford motioned to approve the minutes, Justin 2nd, all ayes motion carried. Treasurer report: Regular - $ 7,259.17, Christmas Basket - $ 3,345.34, Chamber Buck - $ 241.00. Bill list for November are Linda-website/office supplies for $ 55.25.

Correspondents were an email concerning Jubilee Venders, and Newcastle’s annual event. Linda gave website updates. Stacy and Elaine gave a report for the Harvest Festival. Stephanie gave the Citizen/Business of the year final report. Kathy gave update on Christmas Baskets. Baskets will be made on the 17th and be ready for pick up on the 18th of December..

Old Business: There was no old business to discuss.

New Business: Capital Christmas Tree will be in Sundance on November 19, 2010 they would like us to help line the highway or donate drinks. Linda motioned to approve a case of hot chocolate and a case of hot apple cider for the event, Kathy 2nd all ayes motion carried. Crook County Promotion Board for NE Wyoming will be meeting at the Hub at 1:00 pm if have any suggestions for this please see Justin. It will be time to make nominations for 2011 officers at the December 8th meeting. Justin, Chad and Susan were named as the nomination committee. With no further business to discuss meeting was adjourned at 7:00 pm. Bev Rexford will bring food for December meeting.
