Secretary and Treasurer’s reports were read and approved as they stood. Justin Gaskin read the new bills. Pam Jespersen made motion to pay, Susan Millard seconded, and motion passed. The Harvest Feastival preparations seem to be coming along very well. We were informed that they could use some more donated soups and baked goods. They would be greatly appreciated! The pie contest for this will be cherry pie. Bring in your cherry pie, and it will be judged. That is always a lot of fun. The Business Expo has also had a very good response, so come in November 19th at the Fire Hall to eat soup, and check out all the other goodies. Raffle tickets and money need to be turned into Susan Millard. We will still be selling tickets at the Harvest Feastival too. It’s a great time of the year to win $1000.00 cash, great for Christmas!

Linda Keller-Decoteau has updated the website with ads and upcoming events,. Next month our nominating committee will be giving us names for officers for next year. Anyone interested in holding an office should let Jeane Smith Warwax or Susan Millard know. We will be voting on new officers in January, and the new officers take office in February 2012. Bev Rexford gave report from Kathy Werkle that she is willing to be in charge of the Christmas Basket project again this year. Thanks, Kathy! She will be putting out collection cans and forms the week-end of November 12th. We will give a pizza party to the class that collects the most canned goods. Susan Millard made motion to donate $100.00 to Tayvin Hemphill’s fund. He has had several surgeries, and hope he will continue to do better. Jim Rexford seconded, and motion passed. There being no further business, meeting adjourned at 1:30 P.M. Our next meeting will be held December 14th at the Hub Café’ at noon. Come join us. Everyone is welcome!
