President Carla Goff called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Members present were: Carla Goff, Bev and Jim Rexford, Stacy Avery, Justin Gaskin, Linda Keller-Decoteau, Richard Costello, and Elaine Buckmiller. There wasn’t enough member’s to vote on anything so business was discussed and all voting items posted pone to next meeting. Treasurer report: Regular - $8,698.52, Christmas Basket - $ 3,345.34, Chamber Buck - $ 241.00. Bills already paid for remained of September – Postmaster (Citizen of Year and Business of Year) $52.73, Chris Costello office supplies- $22.97, and Linda Keller- Decoteau office supplies - $52.99. Bill list for October are Linda-website for $ 50.00, and Hub Café – Citizen of Year/Business of Year Dinner $907.50. Chamber CD’S Christmas Basket – matures on December 24th and current balance is $ 2500.00, Chamber matures in April 2011 - $1600.00.

Chad gave the scholarship update. Linda gave website updates. There will be a final report on the Citizen of Year and Business of Year at November meeting. Stacy and Elaine gave a report for the upcoming Harvest Festival. It will be on November 13th at the Public Safety Building. There will be a $5 all you can eat soup, $25.00 vender rate for tables that day, door prizes and more. They would appreciate any volunteers to help with everything. Christmas baskets will go out after Halloween. Bev will call Kathy and get this started.

Old Business: There was no old business to discuss.

New Business: The following will be discussed at the November meeting; Pledge to the Moorcroft Senior Assisted Living Project. Stephanie Noyes will bring food, with no further business to discuss meeting was adjourned at 6:35 pm.
