President Carla Goff called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Members present were: Bill and Iris Hughes, Richard Castello, Justin Gaskin, Carla Goff, Susan Millard, Jim and Bev Rexford, Chad White, Robert Jespersen, Linda Keller-Decoteau, Stephanie Noyes, Kathy Werkle Jeanne Smith, and Rhonda Smith. Bev Rexford motioned to approve the minutes sent via e-mail, Iris Hughes 2nd, all ayes motion carried. Treasurer report: Regular - $8,877.18, Christmas Basket - $ 3,345.34, Chamber Buck - $ 242.00. Bill list for September are Linda-website for $75.00, and Moorcroft Leader - $18.00 Business of the week ad.

Correspondents for this month: Newsletter from Riverton Chamber. Justin Gaskin gave the public relations update. Chad White gave the membership updates. Linda Keller-Decoteau gave the website updates and changes that were made and ones that will be made for next month. Business of the Month was Quality Agg and Construction. Slym Gym and Dr. McIntosh need to still have a ribbon cutting soon. Susan Millard gave the updates for the Citizen of the Year. The final three candidates for Citizen and Business of the Year will be announced 2-3 weeks before the event on October 8th so that it gives enough time to get a good count to the caters. Harvest Festival will be another event coming up soon.

Old Business: There was no old business to discuss.

New Business: The Audit for the Books will be for 2 years which was the term of the past Treasurer. Kathy Werkle will try and find out what happened to the original CD’S for the Chariot Races and the Christmas Basket CD. Stephanie Noyes will bring food, with no further business to discuss meeting was adjourned at 7:40 pm.
